Dear Friends of NSS!

In 2004, when we started only three worked for the deprived people, based on their unique ideas. I became a part of this organization early stage of NSS. It was our target that NSS will be triggering over 500 activities for the deprived people in every month, impacting on poverty, education, children and women’s life. For an organisation, working with the most neglected communities on their most ignored, un-noticed non issues, growing on this path has been a humbling and beautiful journey.

Wrapping our head around all these aspects is a big task, a work that’s in progress right now. Just knowing that we made someone’s life a little better, made a little positive impression on how they look at their own worth and dignity that our work satisfaction is come through the work.

Now that we have our footprint in only 4 blocks and most of the blocks of North 24 Parganas to be reached in very soon. We invite others also to use this local resources, grass root wisdom and people.
